Pastor arrested while street preaching
A Christian pastor arrested for street preaching is considering legal action against the police.
Pastor Dia Moodley was taken into custody while preaching in Bristol City centre in November 2025 on suspicion of “inciting religious hatred”. He had been answering questions from the crowd on the difference between Islam and Christianity.
